Weaknesses

Rough fabric •
Fibre is always mixed with another one (cotton, viscose, polyester) •
Most of the production is done in China with very little transparency.

Ecology

Hemp is a plant that grows in large quantity and does not require pesticides to grow. It requires very little water. Its transformation into fibre is done mechanically.

This fibre grows on the American continent but to date, the knowledge and infrastructure for its transformation into yarn and fabric are non-existent.
